Il casale sorge nei pressi dell'abitato di Acquapendente, lungo il tracciato dell'antico Percorso dei Briganti, che univa la Riserva Naturale di Monte Rufeno con la Riserva del Lamone, anticamente luoghi di rifugio per le bande di briganti che vivevano nella zona. Fortunatamente del passato è rimasto soltanto il paesaggio, incontaminato e affascinante come le storie dei briganti che lo abitavano, un elemento in grado di trasformare la vostra vacanza in un momento di relax e di tranquillità.L'accoglienza che troverete presso il casale Podernuovo, ha lasciato fin'ora ogni cliente che ci è venuto a trovare, sempre soddisfatto!!

La sig.ra Loira, riceve personalmente ogni visitatore facendolo sentire subito a proprio agio. La struttura dispone di 5 appartamenti, completamente arredati ciascuno con riscaldamento autonomo e TV.

Disponiamo inoltre di un ampio salone completo di cucina, camino e bagno, che su richiesta può essere utilizzato dagli ospiti.

The farmhouse is situated near the outskirts of Acquapendente, along the plan of the old Percorso dei Brigant. This unites the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno with the Reserve del Lamone. Historically these were places of refuge for the groups of Briganti who lived there at the time. Fortunately with the passing of time, only the countryside remains, uncontaminated and fascinating like the stories of the Briganti who inhabited it. This is an element capable of transforming your vacation into rest and relaxation.Mrs. Loira personally greets each visitor making them feel immediately right at home.



- The structure boasts 5 apartments each one completely furnished with heating and TV.

We also have available a spacious hall complete with kitchen, fireplace and bathroom which upon request can be used by the guests or separately for cerimonies and banquets of any type.

Das Anwesen befindet sich in der Nähe des Ortes Acquapendente an der antiken Brigantenstrecke, welche die Naturschutzgebiete Monte Rufeno und Lamone verband, frühere Zufluchtsorte ansässiger Räuberbanden. Von der Vergangenheit sind uns zum Glück nur die unbefleckte und bezaubernde Landschaft, sowie die Geschichten der Briganten die sie einst bewohnten geblieben. Eine Landschaft ideal für Ferien in Ruhe und Entspannung.
Signora Loira empfängt die Gäste persönlich und sorgt dafür, dass Sie sich von Anfang an Wohlfühlen.
